C.J. Stalker enrolled at the University of Virginia in January of 2015 after graduating early from Lakota West High School in West Chester, Ohio. The 6’2”, 225-pound linebacker was one of two prospects to graduate high school early and enroll on Grounds this past January, joining Florida offensive lineman Grant Polk.
Rated a 4-star prospect by Rivals.com and a 3-star by 247Sports, ESPN and Scout, Stalker arrived as one of Virginia’s most highly regarded recruits in the class of 2015. Starring at middle linebacker his junior and senior seasons, he finished his Lakota West career with 241 tackles, 27 tackles for loss and 9.5 sacks. Stalker owns the school record for tackles in a single season with 139.
