After an outstanding junior season, Orange High School (Orange, VA) quarterback prospect Bradley Starks received two official Division 1A scholarship offers and is drawing serious attention from a number of other programs. The 6-3 ½, 180-pound standout, who also plays cornerback on defense, is a dual-threat signal caller who earned first-team all-state and first-team all-region honors for his performance in 2005.

Starks has been the Orange starting varsity quarterback since his freshman year.

“My freshman year I started five games and then I got hurt unfortunately,” Starks said. “My sophomore year is more of me just taking over and playing the role of quarterback and taking over the team. I think I played good this year. The improvements I think I’ve made from my sophomore year to my junior year is more about reading defenses and knowing what to expect if there is a Cover 3 or a Cover 2 and knowing where the ball needs to go to. I knew the hot route when it’s needed and when to audible. It’s just taking my time, realizing what’s in front of me and taking what the defense gives me.”
