Virginia has expressed interest in 6-4, 215-pound Coolidge (D.C.) standout Romale Tucker , who currently holds two official Division 1A scholarship offers. TheSabre.com caught up with Tucker to discuss his situation with UVa in terms of recruiting as well as his favorites schools.

“Syracuse and Illinois are the written scholarships I have,” Tucker said. “The verbal scholarships are from North Carolina and Virginia.”

UVa defensive coordinator Mike London is the primary recruiter here, but London has not been in contact recently. Tucker wants an offer from Virginia but plans to focus mainly on the schools that have officially offered so far.
