A late-April verbal commitment to the University of Virginia didn’t stop the University of Iowa from extending a scholarship offer to Mount Carmel (PA) tight end recruit Mark Ambrose . Even though Iowa has had a successful program, it’s not fitting to what I personally am looking for.
