It was two days ago when Landon Bradley first decided to commit to the University of Virginia. The 6-7, 270-pound Conway (S.C.) recruit told his mother and UVa primary recruiter Levern Belin of the news. Two days later, after making sure of his decision, he made an “official” commitment.

“I told my Mom two nights ago that I was thinking about going to Virginia,” said the standout offensive tackle recruit. “I texted Coach Belin. He told me ‘we need to make this official.’ To be sure, I thought about it a couple more days. I talked to my head coach and he just made sure this is what I wanted to do. Everything just felt solid. I knew that’s where I wanted to go. I committed this morning with my coach right there.”

Bradley first impressed the UVa coaching staff this past summer, when he attended UVa’s summer camp. There, Coach Al Groh informed Bradley that they were ready to offer a scholarship if he were to commit on the spot. The Conway standout was not ready, so both parties decided to take some more time.
