The last home game of the year – always a bittersweet time for any fan. Another season of memories. The tailgates. The traveling. The triumphs and tribulations. Saying farewell to your section mates, driving away from the tailgate spot for the last time, listening to one last postgame press conference while driving by the Bamboo House.

And, it’s time to say goodbye to this fan’s notes from the upper deck. Well, right after this last installment. So, here’s one last set of notes from the upper deck – chock full of nostalgia and nachos.

The Best Play Of The Game: We didn’t have to wait long for the most important play to the Wahoo victory. On our second snap, Jameel Sewell executed a perfect play action-roll out toward the flat to find John Phillips , who scampered for a 44-yard gain. Deyon Williams blocked two Hurricanes at one time to spring the big fella for his rumble down field. Game balls all around!
