Gonzaga (Washington, D.C.) star athlete Cameron Johnson excels on the football field as well as on the basketball court. Having received scholarship offers in each sport, the 6-4, 215-pound prospect has a decision to make in terms of which sport he plans to play on the next level.

“I’m not really leaning to any sport yet, but if I can I might try to play both,” Johnson said.

Right now, Virginia is recruiting him only for football. Duke, Georgia, Maryland, Pitt and Virginia have extended scholarship offers thus far. Notre Dame and Syracuse are among the programs showing serious interest.
