6-0, 185-pound wide receiver Marcus Sales received a visit from UVa wide receivers coach Wayne Lineburg within the first few weeks of the Evaluation period. The Christian Brothers Academy (Syracuse, N.Y.) star has an offer from the ‘Hoos, but is Virginia high on his list at this point?

“Virginia is still in the mix,” said Sales, who visited Charlottesville in late March. “Everybody is still in the mix.”

Coach Lineburg was one of the first coaches from any school to visit Christian Brothers in this period, a fact not lost on Sales. At this point, though, Sales is still trying to get to know UVa’s new wide receivers coach.
