Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD) senior safety Okechuckwu Okoroha has yet to narrow down his list of college suitors to a single-digit number, but he could have something in the very near future. The 6-0, 192-pound prospect discussed what he plans to do in the coming weeks and whether the University of Virginia remains in serious contention for his signature.

By next month, the talented prospect should have his list of schools narrowed to six.

“I want to narrow things down right after the season is over,” Okoroha said. “I’m starting to do research right now. I’m looking at positions, coaching stability, depth chart and where I fit into the scheme. I should have something within the next two or three weeks. I want to get it down to about six. I’ll take it to six and then take it down to three after another month.”
