Winslow Township (Atco, N.J.) wide receiver/defensive back Brandon Jones did not make a previously scheduled unofficial visit to Rutgers yesterday, but he does plan on visiting the New Jersey program this week. Jones, a 6-1, 175-pound senior, could have a decision soon after the experience.

“I go to Rutgers on Friday,” Jones said. “It is not going to be an official. I’m just going down there on Friday for the day.”

In our last update, Jones listed Rutgers and Virginia as his two favorites. He says nothing has changed, though he does not feel that the interest from Virginia has not been as heavy in recent weeks.
