Centreville (Clifton, VA) defensive back Darryl Hamilton had an enjoyable visit to the University of Richmond this past weekend. While the 5-9, now 187-pound prospect could see himself at U of R, he is awaiting word from several other programs first before deciding which one he will sign with in two weeks.

“I was offered by Richmond, so I’m looking at them,” Hamilton said. “The most interest in me right now is from Richmond. I went on an official visit there this past weekend and I had fun. It was a good time. I’m waiting to see how some other things play out, though.”

Hamilton hopes that “Virginia would be a consideration for me,” but he has yet to speak with a Cavaliers coach.
