Catholic Memorial (West Roxbury, MA) had its Spring Break last week, and 6-5, 265-pound junior offensive lineman/defensive lineman Brennan Williams made the most of his opportunity to visit potential college suitors. Williams traveled to Duke, Wake Forest, Virginia and Maryland (in that order) last week, and now has taken unofficial visits to almost every school that has offered.

Williams has been offered by Boston College, Connecticut, Duke, Maryland, Penn State (which offered last week), Stanford, Syracuse, Virginia and Wake Forest. The only school he has yet to visit is Stanford, but he hopes to do so by the end of May or in June. As for last week’s visits, he discussed whether any of the trips stood out.

“Well, I’ve always liked Virginia. I’ve been up there a few times, so the visit there was actually more about talking with Coach [Al] Groh over getting a full tour. It was my first time visiting Duke and Wake Forest, but I was impressed,” Williams said.
