Henry Clay (Lexington, KY) offensive lineman Samuel Simpson plans to narrow his list of school very soon, likely by the end of this month. The 6-5, 285-pound rising senior, a top center prospect, already has an idea of which schools will make the cut and three unofficial visits this week should help solidify the list.

“I’ve narrowed it down a little bit in my mind already,” Simpson said. “After I take these three visits, I’ll be able to come up with a short list. It’ll be down to three to five schools, I’d say.”

Simpson will head to Tennessee tomorrow, Alabama on Thursday and Vanderbilt on Friday. Of those programs, the only one he has yet to visit is Alabama. He will head to the University of Virginia on June 22nd for one day of summer camp. No other visits or camps have been planned at this time.
