Virginia Keeping Tabs on Immaculata OL

Immaculata (Somerville, N.J.) offensive tackle Cody Bohler is primed for a big senior season, and if he gets off to a good start he could start seeing immediate results on the recruiting trail. The 6-7 1/2, 295-pound prospect, who currently holds offers from Army, Central Florida and Temple, is receiving heavy interest from a handful of Division 1A programs including the University of Virginia.

“A lot of schools say they are right there in wanting to offer, but they want to see my first few games this season,” said Bohler. “Virginia, Maryland, Rutgers, Connecticut and Wake Forest have shown interest. And Notre Dame has recently been showing a lot of interest.”

Bohler attended camp at Temple and UVa this summer and enjoyed both experiences. The Virginia coaches, led by primary recruiter Bob Price and offensive line coach Dave Borbely, came away impressed by his performance in June.
