One of the more recent offers from the University of Virginia went out to Luke Kuechly , a 6-3, 215-pound senior linebacker prospect out of St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. Virginia is right in contention for Kuechly, who is focused on four schools at this point in his recruiting process.

“I’m really just looking at Virginia, Duke, Stanford and Boston College,” said Kuechly, who holds official offers from all four programs.

Having already made one of four official visits he plans to take, Kuechly came away impressed by Boston College on a trip the first weekend in September. The Eagles have had success in recruiting St. Xavier, most recently with defensive end Alex Albright.
