UVa scored its biggest commitment, literally and figuratively, of the 2009 class today, when 6-7, 340-pound Meadowbrook (Richmond, VA) star offensive tackle Morgan Moses announced in favor of the Cavaliers. Moses announced his decision at a 1 p.m. press conference, picking Virginia over North Carolina and Tennessee.

Moses, a U.S. Army All-American and a first-team all-state performer, becomes the 25th recruit in Virginia’s class. He joins Oday Aboushi , Bowanko, Sean Cascarano , Hunter Steward , and Cody Wallace as offensive linemen in this class.
