Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati, OH) quarterback Andrew Hendrix has not been able to make a return visit to the University of Virginia, though he plans to do so this spring or summer. UVa remains in the running with the 6-3, 220-pound junior signal caller, whose first and only visit to Virginia came on February 14th.

Virginia keeps in consistent contact with Hendrix, who has developed a good relationship with primary recruiter Dave Borbely as well as offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Gregg Brandon.

“I exchange e-mails with Coach Borbely and/or Coach Brandon on a weekly basis,” said Hendrix, who completed 158 of 292 passes for 1,731 yards with 11 touchdowns and eight interceptions last season as a junior. “I’m trying to get back there, but with baseball my schedule has been hectic. They send me handwritten letters about four times a week, so they let me know I’m wanted.”
