Collegiate (Richmond, VA) quarterback/athlete Jake McGee is certainly hoping to receive his first official scholarship offer soon, but for now he is also trying to determine which Division 1A programs are heavily interested. From there, he will figure out which camps he will attend this summer. So far, he knows two definitive camp destinations.

“The two I’m definitely going to are [Virginia] Tech and Duke,” McGee said. “And I’ll probably go to Maryland and Virginia, but the only definite ones right now are Virginia Tech and Duke.”

McGee, a 6-5, 210-pound rising senior signal caller, traveled to Blacksburg for a visit last month. He had never been to Virginia Tech before, but the experienced impressed him to the point that he would like to return.
