UVa is one of two new offers for Green Run (Virginia Beach, VA) defensive end/outside linebacker Jamal Wallace , who now has a total of three Division 1A offers. Wallace, a 6-3, 210-pound rising senior, picked up each of the two new offers within the past two weeks.

UVa primary recruiter Latrell Scott informed Wallace and Green Run head coach Shawn Wilson of the offer last week.

“He fits their scheme as far as outside linebacker and also being able to walk down and play the defensive end spot,” Wilson said. “Coach Scott is excited about him and liked his size, long arms and speed. Jamal has room to grow, so they could put 30 more pounds or so on him.”
