6-6, 243-pound defensive end Henry Anderson , a highly recruited rising senior prospect out of Woodward Academy in College Park, Georgia, has whittled his list of options to single digits. Anderson also may be closing in on making a commitment, as he would like to know his college plans by the end of next month.

“That’s what I’m hoping for,” Anderson said. “After visits to Wisconsin and Michigan, I’m thinking about going down to FSU [in the middle of July]. I don’t know if I will make it down to FSU. I’ll probably have a top five in the coming couple of weeks, but I could decide before narrowing it down to a top five. I have to think about what I like more about the schools. There are different aspects of each school. I just need to keep learning more and more.”

Florida State, Michigan and Wisconsin are three of the final eight. Four ACC schools and one Pac-10 program comprise the rest.
