More on Moses, Wallace

Although Morgan Moses may be eyeing other programs, the possibility of him ending up in orange and blue remains, Fork Union head coach John Shuman said this morning. Coach Shuman provided the latest on the 6-7, 340-pound offensive tackle, who reportedly may visit South Carolina on the weekend of December 4th-6th.

Moses was at Scott Stadium last Saturday

“I think he is still pretty well committed to Virginia,” Shuman said. “I think he and [South Carolina 2009 signee] Chris Payne have been talking about South Carolina. I think he and Chris e-mailed the South Carolina people. We do have a relationship with them. As soon as they got an e-mail from Morgan, they jumped on that real quick and tried to move in. But with everything I’ve heard from Morgan, and he actually came up to my youngest son (Mark) and talked to him about the Cavaliers, I think he is still committed. I think it really depends on what happens with Groh, who else they hire and if Latrell Scott is still there. If Scott stays on, I think Morgan will end up there. If Latrell is in limbo and is not rehired there, I think he’ll end up somewhere else.”

Besides South Carolina, other SEC programs are expressing interest in the former Meadowbrook star.
