Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA) defensive back Spenser Rositano manned a cornerback spot as a sophomore in 2008, tallying 59 tackles, five pass break-ups and two interceptions on the year. The 6-1, 190-pound prospect moved to safety this past season and flourished, amassing 129 tackles with five pass break-ups and three fumble recoveries. Rositano was a big reason why the Bulldogs made the Group AAA, Division 5 state championship game in 2009, and now he hopes for success on the recruiting trail.
Rositano has yet to receive a Division 1 scholarship offer, but interest does seem to be there.
