6-5, 240-pound junior offensive tackle Win Homer had a busy offseason that included camp stops at Boston College, Maryland, North Carolina, N.C. State, Virginia and Virginia Tech. He now finds himself two games into his team’s regular season, benefitting from the work he put in and the instruction he received this offseason.
“The most noticeable improvement is my ability to pass-block,” the Christchurch School (VA) star said. “That’s what I focused on during the summer. I lifted weights so my run-blocking is better. I worked on a lot of technique, which has really helped.”
