Gary Nova at the Chesapeake Bowl

Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, N.J.) quarterback Gary Nova has narrowed his college focus to three schools and plans to take official visits to all three in the month of January. The 6-2, 205-pound senior, originally a Pitt commitment before the departure of Dave Wannstedt, will begin his official visits next weekend with a trip to Miami.

“I de-committed from Pitt two weeks ago. Now I’m considering Rutgers, Virginia, and Miami,” said Nova, who had also considered Cincinnati before cutting his list further.
