The University of Virginia has landed one of the nation’s best linebacker prospects in the 2012 class. Kwontie Moore , a 6-1, 242-pound junior out of Norfolk Christian High School (Norfolk, VA), verbally committed to the Cavaliers this evening, selecting UVa over offers from Arkansas, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Stanford and Virginia Tech, among others.

“Mr. London was really excited about it,” Moore said. “I think he was eating dinner. I’d like to say he spit out his food (laughs). But he was really excited.”
