Transportation issues didn’t prevent Demeitre Brim from making his first ever visit to the University of Virginia last week. The Victory Christian Academy (Lakeland, FL) rising senior eventually arrived in Charlottesville around mid-day on June 22. How was the linebacker/safety prospect’s first experience at UVa?
“It went very well once I got to Virginia finally,” Brim said. “I got up late because flights were cancelled and delayed, but when I got there it was real good. I talked to the whole coaching staff, some players, and they were all welcoming. It exceeded my expectations. It felt homey. I felt real comfortable.”
