With final exams in the rearview mirror, the Virginia football team is gearing up for its appearance in the Chick-fil-A Bowl on New Year’s Eve in Atlanta. As the only game on television on Dec. 31 at 7:30 p.m., the Hoos are excited for the chance to play in a meaningful postseason contest. Throw in the fact that Auburn comes from the ballyhooed Southeastern Conference and the Cavaliers see this as a big time event for the program.
Senior Kris Burd said these kinds of games are what you look forward to as a player.
