FL RB Laderrien Wilson Visits UVa, May Decide Soon

Osceola (Kissimmee, FL) running back Laderrien Wilson took an official visit to the University of Virginia this past weekend. Per a Twitter direct message, the 5’10”, 210-pound informed TheSabre.com that he plans to make his college choice “pretty soon.”

Wilson listed Virginia, Florida State, Western Michigan and Miami as the schools he is considering. He reportedly has scholarship offers from all four schools.

Of Virginia, Wilson wrote: “I think it was good and I think I can fit in with the offense. I enjoyed the school so much.”

Per MaxPreps.com, Wilson rushed for 1,902 yards on 244 carries and scored 28 touchdowns his junior season. As a sophomore, he rushed 171 times for 1,169 yards and scored 14 touchdowns. In three games this season (all wins), Wilson has rushed for 312 yards and five touchdowns on 38 attempts.
