Sabre TV: Virginia Slays Streak Against Virginia Tech

The Virginia football team entered its Black Friday showdown with Virginia Tech carrying the burden of a 15-year losing streak in the rivalry game. That streak is no more. The Cavaliers exorcised the demons and defeated the Hokies 39-30 at Scott Stadium with 52,619 in attendance for the streak-buster. UVA also claimed the ACC Coastal Division title for the first time and became the seventh different team in the last seven years to take the crown.

From Cavaliers quarterback Bryce Perkins, who had 475 yards of total offense, to defensive lineman Eli Hanback, who recovered a fumble for the game-clinching touchdown, to a whole host of names in between, the Wahoos stepped up to deliver the win. Sabre TV is back to break it all down.
