The Virginia football team wrapped up the training camp portion of its preseason practice schedule and will now turn attention in full to game preparation ahead the season opener on Saturday, Sept. 2. The Cavaliers face Tennessee in Nashville at noon to kick off the season.
UVA will enter that game with Tony Muskett as the starting quarterback, Virginia coach Tony Elliott said Monday.
