The Virginia women’s basketball team secured a 73-66 victory at Boston College on Thursday night. That gave the Hoos their second road win in their last three trips away from Charlottesville.
Five different players scored in double figures to help get the W. Yonta Vaughn tallied a career-high 16 points, while Edessa Noyan had 13 for her own career best too. Paris Clark recorded 14 points, while Kymora Johnson and Sam Brunelle chipped in 10 points each.
That gave coach Amaka “Mox” Agugua-Hamilton the 100th win of her career. The Hoos celebrated the milestone, while Coach Mox celebrated those that helped her reach it.
