The Sabre Interviews: Grace Turner

Virginia outside hitter Grace Turner just completed a Second Team All-ACC season with the Virginia volleyball team. Turner’s season was dotted with personal bests in many categories including 24 kills at Boston College and 6 service aces against North Carolina. She also posted 19 kills in UVA’s sweep over Virginia Tech, the most by a Cavalier in a three-set match since 2013.

After the season, Turner signed a professional contract to play with Club Regatas Lima in Peru. Turner joined Doria Martingayle to discuss her Cavalier career, her decision to go pro, and the future of UVA volleyball.
