Notes: Rod Council is one of the top cornerbacks in the state of North Carolina. As a junior, he earned all-conference honors. He bench pressed 185 pounds 16 times down at the Nike Camp in Blacksburg in the spring of 2003. He can bench 285 pounds and hand cleans 295 pounds.

A good student, Council should easily qualify academically. He boasts close to a 4.0 grade point average.
