Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA) standout defensive end Sean Gottschalk verbally committed to Virginia on July 13, 2005, over scholarship offers from many programs including Georgia, Miami, Ohio State and Virginia Tech. Gottschalk signed with UVa in February and has been preparing for his arrival in Charlottesville on July 10th.
