For the true freshmen, the summer is a transition to college football but also to college life in general. The Sabre caught up with five of Virginia’s incoming freshmen – Cam Johnson, Austin Pasztor , Colter Phillips, Buddy Ruff , and Billy Schautz – to get their early opinions of Virginia, learn what expectations they have for the upcoming season, their thoughts on some of their teammates and coaches, and much more.

Cam Johnson – 6-4, 220 pounds, Outside Linebacker
