Weekend visitors and a look at in-state 2013 class offers

A handful of 2012 commitments and some top 2013 targets highlight the list of visitors expected in Charlottesville on Saturday. We will list those confirmed visitors on the Good Ol Blog over the weekend.

Max Valles will see his first game in Scott Stadium on Saturday

On the commitment front, quarterback Matt Johns , wide receiver Adrian Gamble , offensive lineman Ryan Doull , offensive lineman/defensive tackle Andre Miles-Redmond , defensive lineman Michael Moore , athlete Maurice Canady and athlete Max Valles are expected to attend the Southern Mississippi game. On a side note, Canady and Miles-Redmond will see each other tonight as well, as Varina heads to Hermitage in a Central Region showdown. Both teams are undefeated entering the contest.

Cedar Cliff (PA) tight end Adam Breneman , Thomas Dale (Chester, VA) athlete D.J. Reid and Liberty (Bealeton, VA) defensive tackle/offensive tackle Wyatt Teller are three of Virginia’s top 2013 class targets, and all three should be at Virginia Saturday.

Breneman, a 6’5″, 220-pound junior, already boasts offers from Alabama, Florida State, Michigan, Penn State, Virginia, and many more. Certainly, he is a big-time recruit, and an important one for UVa, which loses Colter Phillips and Paul Freedman after the 2012 season and Jay Mathis after the 2013 season.
