Virginia junior Jake McGee has been working on the fourth meal program this offseason. No not Taco Bell. Under the watchful eye of nutritionist Randy Bird, McGee has tooled his diet to add more muscle and pounds to his frame in an effort to become a better all-around tight end for the Hoos.
So far, it has paid off. McGee had raised his weight to 250 pounds as UVa opened fall practice Monday.
