Virginia Football Recruiting Notes: Adding An Experienced QB A Priority

A Virginia football commitment since July of this year, Red Bank Catholic (Red Bank, N.J.) senior offensive/defensive lineman Emmett McNamara announced this week that he is reopening his recruitment.

McNamara’s defection brings Virginia down to 20 recruits in the 2018 Class. Below is a breakdown, by position.

– RB Wayne Taulapapa (Note: I’m including Taulapapa in this class because he is expected to enroll next summer. The Hawaiian native signed with UVA in the 2016 Class before going on a 2-year mission trip.)
