Virginia basketball fans have waited almost eight months to see the Hoos return to the floor after a 31-win campaign a year ago. That wait is almost over.

The Cavaliers open the 2018-2019 season next Tuesday when Towson visits the John Paul Jones Arena. That contest is set for 7 p.m. on the ACC Network. The Hoos will play a second game in the week with a home game against George Washington on Sunday Nov. 11 at 2 p.m.

Before the season gets rolling, however, it’s time for the annual preseason questions facing Tony Bennett’s Hoos. The idea is to break down 10 big questions surrounding this year’s team. UVA fans already have plenty of reasons to discuss the team, but hopefully this sparks a little conversation or some thought just ahead of tipoff.
