The Virginia men’s basketball team is ready for postseason play after a 22-9 regular season.
The Hoos finished third in the ACC, granting them a double bye in the first two rounds of the conference tournament. Tony Bennett and his team will face the winner of Clemson and Boston College on Thursday at 9:30 p.m. (ESPN/ESPN 2).
Most bracketology currently have the Cavaliers as either one of the last four byes or the last four in for the NCAA Tournament field. A run in the ACC Tournament would likely secure a spot, while a loss on Thursday could put a hit on Virginia’s chances.
