Finally, the Virginia football team found its way into the ACC win column. After losses to Syracuse, Duke, and Louisville, the Cavaliers’ 16-9 victory over Georgia Tech gave UVA fans a much needed breath of fresh air. Now, ahead of a home matchup with the Miami Hurricanes, Virginia has a fantastic opportunity to build on its recent success.
The 3-4 Miami Hurricanes are disjointed, dysfunctional, and have straight up struggled under the leadership of Mario Cristobal in recent games. The Canes fell 45-21 to Duke last week and have lost three of their last four. If the Cavaliers come to play on Saturday, they may just be able to add another victory to the win column.
