Last Friday night proved exciting up until the end, but is ultimately a game to forget for the Virginia football team and its fans. Brennan Armstrong got the last laugh in his return after a series of undisciplined penalties at the end of the game completely washed away an impressive comeback from this young, inexperienced UVA team.

As the Hoos try to move on from such a tough loss, let’s hope coach Tony Elliott can get his team prepared for another ACC matchup in week five. Boston College hasn’t had a much better start to the season, going 1-3 across the first four weeks. It seemed like things might be changing for the Eagles after a close game against Florida State at home, but nothing went right for BC last week in a 56-28 loss at Louisville.

For Virginia, it’s been over 11 months since the team’s last win. The Cavaliers have lost seven straight since defeating Georgia Tech on Oct. 20 last year. Saturday presents a great opportunity to change that. Before then, let’s learn more about the matchup and opponent in the game preview.
