Virginia Finally Breaks Through To Gain Some Positive Reviews

The Virginia football team finally connected enough plays together to return to the winner’s circle on Saturday. The Hoos took down William & Mary 27-13, overcoming a 10-point deficit and 2 turnovers to get the win.

The victory snapped an 8-game streak that dated back to the end of last season. So while a win against a Football Championship Subdivision foe may not reveal too much about the weeks ahead, it did send UVA into the bye on its schedule with some positive energy. After the break, Virginia will be on the road at North Carolina and Miami in consecutive weeks.
