Cooper Taylor

Notes: An all-county selection at safety, Taylor tallied 56 tackles and had six interceptions in his junior season. He likely projects as a safety on the next level, though he could get looks at wide receiver.

Taylor is the son of former Georgia Tech QB Jim Bob Taylor.

Head coach Alan Chadwick: "Cooper has started at free safety for two years. As a sophomore, he was a good player with great potential. He was a tall, gangly kind of kid that ran well. He wasn't physical then, but he has matured over the years. He is now bigger, thicker and stronger. And he is totally, totally committed to being the best he can be."
